I like to add some points for discussion earlier if NOTE should be given or not. It would be better if the EC take this course during elections:
* If a voter NOTE choose you need to cast votes (if multiple candidates) against which he believes are eligible to compete in the elections.
So if the winning candidate receives the highest levels in the TIP account as well its mandate two years should be reduced to say to prove himself that is worthy of the position they voted for. Then after two years
there must be an election if you are eligible to continue in the position or not.
With only two alternatives to the elector either yes / no. If yes he can will continue during the remainder of the term as a representative for not going down and contest the next election (if voters prefer NO option then he
should vote for him to think you are eligible. ie, the list of candidates from other la) winning candidate.
PROS:
* The losing candidate will be hoping to regain power and the will will become operational as soon as lost. Same is the case with the winner candidate.
* The power conferred with the people is exercised for maximum benefit. Thank You. It can be corrected if any error.
